The republican party took the covers off of their leadership today. They didn't care one wit about the millions that are hurting today because of the government shutdown. They were more than willing to send us into a depression.
But when the "real" power of the republican party spoke (koch and wall-street), they were quick to come to the table. Now we know without a shadow of a doubt who runs the republican party. And it sure isn't the people!
I have a little computer-clock timer. I timed it to go off exactly one week from the moment I finished reading that article. If the timer goes off, and the R-Reps haven't begun talking about coming back to the table in numbers, I will truly and genuinely be surprised.
