I find his speech very counter intuitive as I have had the exact opposite experience with muslims. Even you three on the forumsa here can't seem to get your story straight.
I also don't understand his quest bit at all. Infact I often wonder why theists think there is a point to life when it is a dress rehearsal
Also, your title is a lie at no point does he claim to be a islam hater
