I'm not willing to put words in your mouth, is what I'm doing. I've heard a lot of supposed proofs for god, and all of them have fallen flat. You seem to think you've got something conclusive; why not show it, and I'll let you know if I have heard it before.

It is possible to prove a negative.

Law - Not guilty.

You can certainly prove that something does not exist in the place where it is claimed to exist.

Those are really not the same as proving a claim of non-existence, which you know as well as I, is what was meant.

No I've never heard of the proof for god. Don't bother repeating whatever you've been saying in both your threads, they don't qualify. Feel free to post the actual proof, complete with a definition of god, and then once you have convinced us that this god exist, try convincing us why we should worship it.

Isn't this a shock of god tactic to ask atheists to provide proof that atheism is true and correct?

For a start I'd say dinosaurs disprove Christianity.
Islam is slightly better equipped at dealing with the problem of dinosaurs existing because the quran is more vague than the bible and doesn't actually say on what day god created man.
I'm fairly certain the bible is quite clear on the fact god created man on the sixth day.

Atheism is a disbelief in god, so asking to prove it's true is asking to read someones mind and then know for sure they do disbelieve in god.

The question I think you meant to ask was "Why is it true there is no god?"
And this is very difficult to prove because people are always inventing new gods, making new claims and so on.
I don't believe for certain there is no god I just think there probably isn't due to a lack of evidence, and because the evidence that is there being non existent.

The first is a categroy description. it does not attest to its existence or non existence
Negative test results indicate 'no evidence has been found' Its exactly the same position as Atheism
Not Guilty means "there is not enough evidence to convict. it does not mean Innocent
