Oh I certianly agree with you, I myself am wondering we there was not reports of any of this. All I say is that children aid is not to blame for this, peole around this kid are, both for their failure to report anything and of course the behavior of his pig of mother and her boyfriend.

I'd assume that there would have been reports, there would have to have been. I don't know what the laws are in that area, but in Australia we have mandatory reporting of suspected abuse for "professionals" and for everyone in some states.

Same where I live, however its fully possible that the kid never had that exposure to any kid of professionals. They likely couldn't afford daycare, and plenty of Americans don't have family doctors, so his first exposure would be school for which he be too young. Still what about the grandparents?
