If you truly have evidence as you claim you do why not present it to the scientific community? You'd be recognized as a genius and get rich

Yeah, I really should post more.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

As brilliant as yours!

Sorry - but it looks like you flame has burnt out

The claim of intelligent design - has no basis in reality because it is clear that the Universe is not an intelligent design - current information shows that it is haphazard - with lots of collisions of Stars - and Galaxies - which do not have enough "space" to stay apart.

Once you get to the earth - remember that there is NOT a single perfect animal on earth - all have their flaws and limitations. AND to claim a "perfect" god created humans ignores that humans are not perfect as well.

ANd of course the problem of the monotheisms that cannot be overcome - that the god would have to be the source of all evil - since it is the only thing with the power of creation as claimed. TO claim a "devil" is the source of evil asks - what created the devil and evil it has - only the god had that power supposedly.

Sorry - but the universe is too flawed and random to accept the idea of "intelligent" design.

Blood vessels will not last for more than 10,000 years and finding a 80 million year old dinosaur with soft tissue left scientists scratching their heads. "We may have to think of our basic models..." says one of them.

Im sure they will eventually come up with a good little story how the soft tissue survived millions of years.

Who could have imagined that dinosaurs were alive less than 10,000 years ago! Not evolutionists.

And you wonder why we laugh? If only IDers concentrated on making themselves the first part of that position.

This argument always used to be used about the wind, until it was thoroughly debunked.

Now, it's dark matter.

When dark matter is proven to exist then it will be something else we can't hear, see, or taste.

RJA

You use the same argument against God, it's good to see you being critical of your own statements.

Case in point.

Radio waves can't be seen, touched, smelled, heard or tasted.

They must not exist either! It's those goddamn scientists at it again! Trying to make fools of uneducated backwoods children of God!

I've heard them.

UHH, no 'sir', you haven't; you have heard the EFFECT of radio waves on receiving and broadcasting equipment. Learn the difference.

As far as the "proofs of god', well...that's why some of us don't say, "there is no god", we say, "I don't believe in your god", because it COULD be proven...someday. I'll wager pretty heavily on you being wrong either way, though -- your "Yahweh" is a pipe dream.

I never even heard of these arguements until a while after I became Christian.

Were you disappointed when you first became aware of the garbage your brothers in christ were saddling the faith with? I think the only way that these arguments could become more irritating, for me, is if I was a member of the faith myself.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Actually - for a logical person - all one has to do is look at a list of ALL the claims for the "god" of any religion and see if they can actually be true.
If they contradict themselves - they cannot be true - and therefore the religion is false.

It is a simple as this

Claim #1 - A god is ALL KNOWING - past, present, and future
Claim #2 - A god is ALmighty - there is NOTHING that the god cannot do

These two are contradictory - can a god do something it does not already know it will do? If it can - then the god is not all knowing =- and if it cannot - then the god is NOT almighty. But the two statements cannot BOTH be true at the same time. And therefore the religion(s) that claim such nonsense cannot be true as well.

On could - given enough time - come up with LOTS more examples of such contradictory and impossible claims - making it clear the religion is human created nonsense and nothing else.
