We don't have the right to happiness, we have the right to pursue fulfillment, we must give people equal opportunities and chances but we can't force them to be happy/fulfilled. I personally like our constitution even though I agree with scholars it has a slightly larger socialist/left wing connotation, maybe because it was done after a fascist regime.

No, that is true, it isn't in the constitution, but it is the embodiment of the spirit of this country and covered in Amendment IX.
Amendment IX - Construction of Constitution. Ratified 12/15/1791. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Funnily enough, those trying to stop gays should be challengeable for denying the RELIGIOUS rights of gays to marry. Since most gays are likely to be some kind of theist, those whom try to marry clearly believe they are allowed to get married. And since you guys want to argue that marriage is a religious institution, you're infringing on gays' religious rights.
