No shit money trumps religion, which is why religion needs to be treated like a poison because it prevents humans from focusing on all corruption. Take away religion as the heat shield to money, you give the power back to the people instead of allowing money to sell utopias to maintain their power.

Now you're talking about a complete upending of the social order. How do you control the little people if they don't believe that life will be better when they are dead?!? Might makes right and money makes might, thus money is right. Ideally it would be best to eliminate the 99% of people who are poor but then who would cook my dinner and change my sheets?

The only utopia that I know of that religion talks about is after you die. THEN life gets better, unless you go to Hell. Either way you will suffer until you die.

It you think this is true take a look at at every communist country that ever existed and show me how the power was given back to the people. The "people" lost any bit of power that they had before. Now look at countries that developed with large christian majorities and compare them to the communist countries.

The "people" in "Christian" countries have no more power than the people in "Communist" countries. More freedom maybe but no power. The .01% always have the power.

Try comparing "communism" to "democracy", you might find it more informative and less embarrassing. If you want to bring your christian majority into the arena, and if you thought that the christianity bit was somehow informative - then we'd be talking about a theocracy.
