That's convincing....
Because no soldier ever took a bribe.
I'm not saying this is what happened. Only that it is more likely than magic.
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.

This is not evidence, this is a claim written in a book, what evidence do you have to support the claim that Jesus body did actually disappear?
Also, sorry to be a grammar nazi (god knows mine is bad enough) but it's could not have been stolen, "cannot of been stolen" just sounds wrong. I am from northern ireland only english teachers worry about grammar.

And we have a Christian faith where even the men are to imagine they are having sex with Jesus when they are conjugal with their spose.
Was it good for you Jesus ?? Did you come ???
If they believe Jesus is dead during the carnality, it is even creepier.
And what if they are the One True Faith ???

And there is a diversity of sabbaths in Christianity. For the ones going on the wrong day of the week, they are ALL going to Hell, they never worshipped God, and he is really, really touchy about that.
What about all the different communion rituals ?? There is only one (or no) right way to do it. Everybody else is CONDEMNED.
Debts and debtors, or tresspasses and tresspass ???? Only one (or none) gets your ticket punched.
The odds of any particular schism being right on everything is smaller than a mustard seed.

Like I just said you can not really prove or disprove it as it is personal experience.
Really? You can't think of any way of telling truth from lie, or fact from fiction? And that's leaving aside basic burden of proof anyway.
This is all very strange, because you then go on to say that what convinces you of the biblical accounts of Jesus etc is evidence. Notwithstanding that the gospel writings are the claim, not the evidence (evidence in this context would be verifiable corroboration from contemporary third-party sources), do you not see an incompatibility between these two positions?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

How do you know Jesus even existed to have a body?
Oh... third or fourth hand accounts from anonymous authors written decades after the event purportedly occurred, with no third party or contemporary corroboration of any kind. Right. Not to mention, you still haven't given a reason why we'd dismiss all other magic claims in all other historical books, but not these ones.
So when you say you believe based on evidence, you have entirely jumped the gun.

Obviously you don't even do that.
Well, it may be true from his point of view. Compared to those he mixes with among 'the flock', perhaps he really is the questioning one. Maybe he gets some heat for being such a rebel.
Is that true, C4RM5? Are you constantly goading your peers to think more than they're accustomed to do?

I don't really have an arguement other than these believe has changed my life, so in your sense I don't believe based on evidence.

No, I'm not a rebel, I am quite a quite person so I sit an listen for questions I had being answered. Any way I go to a Bible class in my church and generally what is being talked about is explained in such away that I don't have any questions.
