It's all a mythical mess.. Yes it is but a mess but a mess worth studying for an insight into our species innate delusional tendencies and it's willingness (need?) to be hoodwinked by so called 'spiritual authority' over the centuries.

Or I can simply dismiss it as crap because there is no evidence to support its veracity and the arguments and "evidence" that people do could support pretty well any of the holy books. In fact some holy books are far better supported then the Bible, for instance the Quran has far less errors in its translation and has not been edited nearly as much. Or the Hindu Vedas which have the grace of being far older then the bible, and because of that they lack the balant rip offs from other religions that we often see in the Bible, like Noah's flood or the ressurection meme.
