Well, this is pretty easily solved. It says "religious views," not "religion." Atheism is a religious view, in that it is a view on the topic of religion. Specifically, it is the view that the person professing it does not believe in the doctrines of religion. Duh. 
Disagreement is still a view, after all. Recently I had to fill out a customs declaration form, where one of the questions was whether I was bringing a certain amount of money into the country I was entering. Since I wasn't, I was directed to put "Not Applicable" in the space. According to your logic, this means I was bringing in Not Applicable dollars into the country. Is "Not Applicable" a monetary value, Christian?

Chris, were you by any chance the person who called in to the Atheist Experience and said, "when you say 'there is no god' you have to say 'there is', so that proves there is a god"?
