Yes, and the Daily Show viewers are actually more informed on current events than Fox News viewers. Hell, people that watch no news are more informed than viewers of Fox.

This has been a trend for a long time now. Comedians can address significant social problems because the people they blast can say "they're just comedians....what do they know." And then they go listen to some shithead like Sean Hannity.

I think it started with Lenny Bruce.... or it may have started with Will Rogers.

The funny thing (or not) is that Stewart covers FUCKS News for comedic value. FUCKS News then turns around and covers him about him being the "mainstream media" REALLY??? Report the fucking news, not your views on what is going on in your little uninformed bubble.
