The sign indicates that the restaurant serves "Tasty Baby" as an item, as evidenced by the marquee stating "Mmm Tasty Baby". The comment about the comma indicates that if they had properly included a comma in the marquee, it would be a message about how tasty the porkloin is, "Mmm tasty, baby!". And, obviously, baby-eating is a funny trope commonly associated with atheism.

Drich,a comma placed after the word tasty means that speaker is referring to someone titled baby. Without a comma, it means that babies are tasty. If you say the sentence, you can hear the pause where there should be a comma.
Grandma, tastes good (Grandma gave you something to eat that tastes good)
Grandma tastes good (You are munching down on stew made from your grandmother's shin bone)

If Satan could fool us on this issue then he could fool us other times. He could make me think up is down and down is up. I think therefor I am, I have a clear and distinct idea of Yahweh (he is not a deceiver), a clear and distinct must have a clear and distinct cause. That cause is God.

the pepsi less sugar one.
Oh, and in the first one Dark Star said:

Since no comma was used, and D/S refered to an improper use he probably meant.
"Mmmm, Tasty Baby."
As you can clearly see here a comma after the MMMM and not the word tasty or baby, would indicate an Atheist eating establishment.

Drich, it says "Packed with taste less sugar". Presumably it was meant to be "packed with taste, less sugar".
There is no comma and the word could've been divided in two between the lines, as in "packed with tasteless sugar".

No, it would indicate an Atheistic eating establishment. Unless you're intending to dine on Dawkins.
