If the "minor offense" is includes being zealously patriotic or Christian in some way then Americans would fight to keep that person employed.

It really amazes me when people don't know the law in areas that are directly applicable to their job. It should be common knowledge to any employee of a school that students cannot be coerced to stand for the brainwashing Pledge of Allegiance. Then a school nurse turning away a student for care for almost any reason... This woman is not only an asshole, she's an idiot.
