God needs to only "tell" for anything to happen.
Likewise God needs to only say for what he wants and the same is created

We have some pretty good ideas though. 1) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_bang 2) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abiogenesis Additionally, the concept of god doesn't get you anywhere in terms of the origins of the universe. You're just adding another layer, because god would need a cause too....IOW, who designed the designer? It's observed that the arrival of higher animals (intelligent ones) occurs late in the developmental process of our planet, and they come to be by means of evolution-they evolve from simpler organisms God is not only not needed, but also an obstruction in explaining the origins of life and the universe, because his presence raises more questions than it gives answers-and thus he is quickly disposed of by Ockham's razor (June 17, 2015 at 7:07 am)jjosej Wrote: God needs to only "tell" for anything to happen. So, magic. Good luck with that.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

jj: Hello, nice to meet you
Saying it must be god because you can't think of any other explanation is the argument from incredulity, which I cover on my website here. We don't know what happened. But the truth does not depend on anyone's ability to imagine the truth. Just saying "it is god" is no explanation, it's just putting a face on the "I don't know" answer. You're just saying, "The universe was created by the thing that created the universe." Which is true only if there actually was something that created the universe. We don't know that to be the case. Making up answers doesn't help. Feel free to send me a private message.

How do we know what "God" did or how it did it?

guys, how's the troll detector. Mine just melted?
No God, No fear.
Know God, Know fear.
I've bought a new one made from cast iron. Should be good against any claims of "God".

I will also add this question:
If there is/was a being that created everything, why should I care? What difference does it make? We have no possible way to learn anything about it, if it still exists. However, I can put forward plenty of alternate explanations such as: 1) Time moves backwards and forwards, everything has always been here 2) Time continues infinitely far into the past, everything has always been here 3) We broke off from another universe 4) This is a simulation 5) I did it yesterday and planted everything else as evidence to make the place look much older I have as much evidence for any of these as "god did it", which is zero. So until there actually is some evidence for any explanation, it makes more sense to say "I don't know". A lot of people seem very uncomfortable with that phrase. If you want to think logically and clearly, get used to those three words If instead you just want to believe what you already believe or whatever makes you feel good, then there's nothing I can say which will help. Suppose you decide today that you are going to open a bottle of beer tomorrow after you get home from work. And suppose that after you get home from work tomorrow, you open a bottle of beer. You are not going to tell us that you could not have done otherwise, if you had wished to do otherwise, are you? It is not "destiny" or forced for you to decide to do something in advance and then do it. It is that at the time you do it, you still want to do it. Otherwise, you would not do it. The same idea applies to god. Yesterday, I knew I would have coffee this morning. And this morning, I had coffee. Does that mean I lack free will? You thought you probably would have coffee, you didn't know it for a fact
