"And the earth, moreover, Hath He made egg shaped.”  [Al-Qur’aan 79:30]
If you search the word دحاها dahaha in the arabic dictionary you will find the meaning ostrich egg .
So how about that

It's a near-perfect sphere which bulges out in the middle, making the distance around the equator the longest point of circumference - about 40,075 km. Yet pole-to-pole the distance is only 40,008 km. Have you ever heard of an egg with a shorter circumference top-to-bottom than around the middle? It's the exact reverse of egg shaped. Eggs have the longest point of circumference top-to-bottom.

Mind you I think you'd have trouble noticing the bulge of just 0.167% with all that blood to confuse you.

This hadith has nothing to do with Zul-Qarnain and "how things appeared to him."  Muhammad is saying it sets in a spring of warm water.  Your explanation doesn't work.  (Apparently you didn't watch the video or read the article.)

What makes this so un-reflectively humorous is that you humbly claim access to absolute truth about reality.  And so often it is in opposition to reality as observed and no amount of evidence will disabuse you of your fantasy.
