Why does Jesus' "suffering" matter?

At Judgement those in the dark will be before the omniscient, omnipotent God of creation who is judge of all mankind, this is the light and this is the time they will have to tell God how they're going to hurt Him, yes while facing the eternal punishment this will be their time to make that punishment even worse. But then if you're to remain in the dark this want have any meaning until the day of Judgement. It is your choice after all.

We both know that you've done enough in your life to go to hell. You were born a sinner after all. No matter.

I can't wait to see the look on your face when you get there and find I'm in charge. You don't believe me? Pity. You've only been told one side of the story. Ignorance doesn't keep the big man from sending me fresh recruits.

Godschild means that God is not omniscient and cannot find KUSA where he is.  Apparently, KUSA can blaspheme God all he wants and get away with it, as long as God's followers cannot find him.  Godschild's God is blind and incapable of finding KUSA and could not harm KUSA if he did find him, and depends on his followers for any action taken.  Godschild's God is remarkably indistinguishable from a nonexistent God.

God used to be swift and decisive. Now it's always "Just wait till you die..."

Do what you like to me when I die. Go nuts.

Even if God could find me I keep an iron chariot around just in case.

Yep. No sacrifice at all.

If you truly think that Jesus was a god in the flesh then surely you must realize that this was the equivalent to a haircut for people. That shit grows back, Carson.

I've always found it odd that when people point out that an all powerful, benevolent, god could have done things differently; the theist response is invariably "well that's not how it is". Ok, and you still worship that god? Good luck with that scumbag.

Which prophecies were those again, G-C?

The vague, self fulfilling one which the Jews, whose holy book the prophecies came from, said weren't fulfilled by Jebus.

I'm just curious to see if he can point to them.

You know baptists and the bible....they use it as a paper weight.

Don't most of them, though?

If more Christians read the whole damned book there would be more atheists.

It did not take all of it for me to give it up.  One should realize, long before finishing Genesis, that that God character is a sick son of a bitch.
