Is this is some new usage of the term "fact" that I am unaware of?
It's the same type of "fact" as cave-visiting Angel Gabe talking to Mo man, or Mo man splitting celestial bodies, or flying to Jerusalem on his trusty steed Pinky. Or perhaps the historical fact of Xenu, body thetans and atomic bombs in volcanoes, and giant soul-catchers in the sky. In the same league as the gold-plate delivery service of J. Smith and friends perhaps.
Yeah, yeah, yeah - but the Bible is different. Really, really, really it is. It's true I tells ya. (Eyes roll back out of head in scorn.)

Can we just say stuff is fact and then it's fact?
Wow, this is dangerous guys... we must use this wisely. Make sure you check all other facts before announcing a new one, what if we create a contradictory paradox?

This ends the possibility of any further logical inquiry.
If it could be proven beyond doubt that God exists...
and that He is the one spoken of in the Bible...
would you repent of your sins and place your faith in Jesus Christ?

All of them also claim mutually exclusive truths, because they are all different gods. What are the chances that two different gods claimed to make the universe in the exact same way?

I don't know, that's what you proposed!
Let's just look at three specific gods and start by satisfying point #1. Give me three specific god's that satisfy the requirement of the creation event (point #1). We can then move on to the truth claims of the creation event.
And don't misunderstand, I in no way think that when you accept the premise that God exists for the sake of argument you're now somehow a theist.

Here's a list of 113 creator gods.
Yahweh, Ghosty, and Jesus are keeping company with the FSM. How awesome is that? For Yahweh, Ghosty and Jesus that is.

I like the fact they are on the same list as the FSM.
So much rich irony.
