I wonder if I should have a rapture themed birthday party for my son. Maybe the humor would be lost on a 6 year old. I don't know.

If you've seen any of these rapture sites, they all look like that.  It's someone who has no clue how to write HTML and is too stupid to use a proper editor.  Plus, they're crazy.
There is nothing demonstrably true that religion can provide mankind that cannot be achieved as well or better through secular means.
