Can't watch the video with my bandwidth., but as I said ... interesting, if true. The article makes note of the fact that the claim is contested. It appears ole Adi identified Henry via an oil painting twenty years after the fact. That's a pretty slender reed.
As I said, interesting, if it is indeed true.

What if the Hitler we know came to be because of a time travel incident. And due to this interference, the timeline was changed and time travel was never invented.

No. The time paradox would be devastating.
Add that to the fact he basically won the war for us with his poor leadership.

Technically then, any change at all would create a paradox.

The problem is that even if time travel happened, on a biological level it wouldn't be like back to the future.
In a situation where something in the past has changed, even if your grandparents still meet, and even if they give birth to your parents and they still meet, they'd all have to meet at a very specific time and your sperm would still have to win the race to the egg.
If your father or grandfather masturbates at the wrong time, you're never born, if your father's balls have a temperature change that results in the right sperm not getting to the egg then you cease to exist. I think the odds would be so stacked against you surviving from any tiny change.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

How would we know? If time were changed, we would have no memory of the previous timeline. Everything would be as it is.

What previous timeline? Who is this "Hitler" that you speak of? What time is it? What place of man?
