Double standard when it comes to terrorism

You claimed that cops aren't terrorists.  I gave evidence that they are.  Cop terrorists killed more Americans in the last 12 months than muslim terrorists did.  Cop terrorists killed people of all ages from toddlers to old senior citizens and people of all races and religions just because they could.

That proves that there's a double standard.

There's a different thread relating exclusively to the police. It's not a double standard. It's just probably best to talk about other terrorist groups in this thread instead of turning it into fucking cops III.
The thread is about the double standard when it comes to terrorism.  My comments are on topic.  Cops commit terrorism every day in America from coast to coast and from border to border and they are seldom held accountable for their terroristic behavior.  A primary case in point is the NYC cop terrorist gang.  The city taxpayers have paid out hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation to victims of the cops' terrorism.

Alright. Talk about cops here too. There's plenty to say, to be sure, since Mini's on Volume II now.

I am not fond of those police that use excessive force and abuse the authority that comes with their position; however, labeling them terrorists betrays a misunderstanding of the word terrorist. Bad cops aren't pushing any sort of political agenda, they are simply power hungry over-grown third grade hall monitors.

They're trying to control people through terror. They're pushing authoritarianism.

They really aren't..they're just violent people who should not have been given a badge.  This is what happens when we seek the easy way around an issue rather than address it head on.  People hate terrorists, we want to get rid of bad cops...so lets call them terrorists. There are politicians who we disagree with....so let's call them terrorists.

Yay for words! Sigh for society.

precisely Rhythm.  I made this same point to WoG in another thread.  People abusing the authority given to them are not terrorists.  Labeling all cops as terrorists is a quick step to anarchy.  Cops do not have easy jobs.  The fact they are now being painted in broad strokes because a few morons got a badge and go roid rage on people makes me sick.  Police by and large do protect and serve.  But no matter what group, there will always be people who take their authority too far.  It's true in the police forces, the military, corporate America and on Capitol Hill.  Why?  Because we are all people and all make mistakes, but don't stereotype or blame the entire group for a few morons.  What benefit is there in spreading the message to our younger generation not to trust cops?  Kids already have little respect for authority as it is, so sure lets tell kids that cops are terrorists and will just want to kill you, that will make them trust them when they need them most.
We are not made happy by what we acquire but by what we appreciate.

One can understand and forgive, ofc, an inner city black teen for seeing police in a different light than I do, as a middle aged white male in rural america.  If that kids parents tell him not to trust cops, it's not for no good reason. It's getting to the point for me...where I find it difficult to blame even the corrupt cops for our current issues with policing. I'm starting to see the shittiest things they get up to as little more than an unavoidable consequence of the situation we've created. Bastards, each and every one, but still..not terrorists, as we agree.
