It works really well and helps us keep spammers from ever hitting the board. But it occasionally snags a genuine post. We get alerts and then we can go check which it is.

Regarding Gdog's mother, I'm not convinced she's acting in what she thinks is his best interest. I think she's more concerned with her accountability to Jesus than she is with this poor guy's actual wellbeing. After all, Christianity teaches to put Jesus above your own family. Sick.

Okay, I ended up going to church. All that happened was i got anxiety. Just like I thought
Appointment is tommorow. I dont know how much longer i can deal with this. If i dont end up going then things will most definantly get worse.

It's good to hear from you, but I'm really sorry you're feeling so anxious. I hope you can get to the appointment somehow tomorrow. If your mum blocks you again, I think getting someone to contact child protection services would be entirely appropriate.

Ever considered something like Yoga or Chi-kung for you anxiety/depression? Some kind of moving meditation helped me massively to calm my mind, improve my sleep, relax my body.

Don't believe all the spiritual crap, the mild physical movement is just a handy trick to get your mind of your anxiety and focus on your movements.

I fucking hate this family so much. My brother will not stop coming in here bothering me. He comes in here saying "I know you aren't really an atheist, you're doing it for attention." or "You're not evaluating both sides of the story, read the bible."

I push him out of my room and have to push the door closed and lock my entire family out to keep him away.
Not only that by my anxiety is getting worse, I have an appointment today, which I am uncertain if I am even gonna go because my mom "forgets" to take me.
