You were born with abilities and equipment that you could not come up with on your own as well. You also had to be taught algorithms. As a response in favor of or argument for human free will, it's not only internally inconsistent, it begs the question. As an argument against computer free will, it's a non-sequitur.
Seems to be a pattern.

That response, regarding einstien, is a fallacy of relevance. Commonly referred to as a red herring, or, collectively in regards to your previous statements, a shit-and-run.
