If I heard correctly, the admission is $40.

I can't imagine any repeat business, and once most of the folks within 50 miles of it that want to see it have seen it, it will dry up and blow away.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

First off never assume a majority red state values the establishment clause. Secondly, I bet the argument is that it is not sold as an official church building but a "theme park", nice bullshit loophole. But someone should try to nail his ass on that because he has said over and over he believes that crap and the intent of the ark is to sell it as fact.
