It is possible to dress professionally for sombre occasions on hot days. But that's not the point anyway. She didn't faint from the heat because she was otherwise healthy for her age, but precisely because she was in no condition to be out in the heat in the first place. If she wasn't so secretive and deceptive I think the public would understand. If the extreme opposition wanted to make hay of it they would be seen as unreasonable. She just added more fuel to the fire that she cannot be trusted.

I've had walking pneumonia before.  It feels just like your typical common as hell upper respiratory crap that clears up in a week or two. You have a cough, feel rundown, and occasionally have a low grade fever.   Most people don't even realize they have walking pneumonia until they get past 2 weeks of the crap and it doesn't get better.  I think I made it four weeks before breaking down and going to the doctor.

Hillary's health is not a concern for me in the least because she has Tim Kaine as a running mate.  I would certainly vote for Tim Kaine over Drumpf so I'm still better off if something happened to Hillary while in office.

FDR did the job of president during WWII while not being able to stand up out of a chair and having much more serious health problems then being getting heat exhaustion in a situation where one would pretty much expect a 70 year old woman to. A little bit what goes around comes around though. Democrats went after McCain's health hard in 2008, this is just what happens when you run an older candidate.
