Why do the ritors ask for Justice?

I will rephrase it then. What would you like the higher powers to do to create a fair and just legal system?

Which is apples and oranges, since it has nothing to do with the legal system and much with police training. You know, such as not encouraging to shoot anything that moves and looks even slightly out of order.

We might even go so far as to reconsider the psychological screening that goes into winnowing the field of potential cops. Yes, training is the paramount issue when it comes to these unnecessary shootings, but there seem to be a number of police who are just bullies and want to escalate situations and go to the gun. Our streets and communities aren't the place for certain people to work out their middle-school-years issues.

If the NRA take their heads out of their arses and do something positive instead of promoting guns and making sure children grow up using guns, then American might be a nice place to live and perhaps the police might not be so trigger-happy. Unfortunately, America has and will always have its cowboys and dodge cities dotted all around. Take a leaf out of Australia's book and get the authorities to pay the people a price of their weapons, then melt them down and use it for something constructive, rather than destructive.
