It's the conscious decision to dehumanize and objectify another person. So yes, in Christianity, it is wrong to perceive another person as an object of your own gratification rather than a full human being who deserves to be viewed with dignity and respect. Even if you never act on it, having that perception of/attitude towards another human being is immoral.

I think it's usually men who struggle with that one. British slang from the 19th Century, the word "cor!" was acceptable while "cor blimey" was not because it was a euphemism for "God blind me", aka taking the Lord's name in vain.
