Then I'd have to stay in a hotel. Don't churches give them away? I honestly don't know.

Sweetie. you expect ME to know what goes on in a church?  Get real.

We could choose a Christmas song usually sung by a choir, get a bunch of us to record ourselves singing it and mash it all together to create a monstrosity.

As long as it's not about folks dressed up like Eskimos....pretty sure that's racist now-a-days.

I suppose in the interests of fair disclosure I should note I have, in fact, done some face time with other menz undies.

I'm not a total deve about it, the owners have to be damn hot.

Oh, and no boxers, briefs only, tightie whighties preferred.

and for others so inspired, the Brett Favre ones on Ebay don't have valid provenance . . .

Oh, I don't know. You could have had religious parents. My dad's an atheist and my mom's a pothead.

I'm fond of the old classic:

"I'm dreaming, of an unspecified color, Christmas...
Not necessarily like the one I had last year.

Where the tree tops glisten, and children listen, to hear...
...parents sowing lies by creating a symbolically decorated set based on mythological figures in order to coerce their children into good behavior using an elaborate system of reward and punishment."

Consider me a satellite forever orbiting,
I knew the rules but the rules did not know me, guaranteed." - Eddie Vedder

OK, off the op of my head without much thought.

First, fuck 12/25, do it for 1/1. Go pagans.

Second, make a donation to the secret santa's charity of choice (should probably give an option of multiple choices). Limit the donation amount. Donation should be verifiable (sorry, skeptic coming thru, not very santa like). If done online PM them a screen print or what ever the site provides. If other, take a pic and PM it. Does not have to be monetary. Time at a shelter (human/animal), soup kitchen, food bank, school, after care, park clean up, nursing home ...........................................  You get the idea.

No address required.
I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem.

What about a sort of secret santa for Christmas Greetings/messages? In that Tibs has every user's email address so we could all write a Christmas message/greeting and send it to him, and he could play santa and deliver them to randomly chosen email addresses. If that's how secret santa works... I'm not sure because it's not a thing we do much in the UK as far as I know. It would take a lot of admin probably but at least he'd get to see all the Christmas cheer being filtered through him Wink That way for the sake of privacy no email addresses would be exchanged between members; it would just all go through him.

Or maybe make it into a bit of a game... put the onus on the user to make the random choices in that you can send a PM to up to eight users at once, so we could all agree to write a mail merge Christmas message and send it to eight random users. Or for extra randomness, choose one person to send it to, who then does that random sending to eight people. Ooh... that's just made me think... it could be like a chain letter... paying it forward, exponentially, big time Big Grin See how far each one gets around the membership Wink
