Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
god doesnt exist, where do i base my opinion? nowhere.
do unicorns exist? no. how did i come to this conclusion? because i said so. you cant prove a negative, but until you prove the positive, you arent going to swatheists.
"Satan, who is the god of this world" 2 Corinthians 4:4 hath blinded the minds of them which believe not

However the problem is anyone can believe in God Satan believes in God. My point is you need to convert to the Catholic Christian faith and in the one, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic church of which outside there is no salvation. If you want to be saved you need to be a Catholic, now am not saying you are going to hell because I don't know if you are innocently ignorant or deliberately ignorant. That is not what other Catholics have told me and apparently not what the Catholic Church has proclaimed, including in the Dogmatic Constitution on the Church which came out of Vatican II, which states this is absolutely not true. In fact, it states that a person merely leading a good life who has no knowledge or understanding of just how right the Catholic Church is can also be saved, with no Christian faith whatsoever. Admittedly, my search was quick, but I have heard many times from other Catholics that people in other Christian churches who do not know that the Catholic Church is the one right church will also be saved, which, when you think about it, is a really stupid thing to say because why would you bother joining a different church if you knew the Catholic Church was the one right church?
Have you ever noticed all the drug commercials on TV lately? Why is it the side effects never include penile enlargement or super powers?
Side effects may include super powers or enlarged penis which may become permanent with continued use. Stop taking Killatol immediately and consult your doctor if you experience penis enlargement of more than 3 inches, laser vision, superhuman strength, invulnerability, the ability to explode heads with your mind or time travel. Killatoll is not for everyone, especially those who already have convertibles or vehicles of ridiculous size to supplement penis size. Okay, you win. I will come up with a "concept of God" in 30 words or less. A mythological Jewish deity appropriated by Christianity, Islam and, most recently, Wicca created by primitive people with a desire to explain the world around them but without the intellectual means to do so. Okay, it's 33 words.

Well, that would be because you're responding to a guy sailing under a false flag. Maybe Poe, mybe troll but not the real deal in any case. I'm not sure of course, but with this one I'm willing to take bets. (November 8, 2016 at 9:35 am)Tazzycorn Wrote:(November 7, 2016 at 11:13 am)LadyForCamus Wrote: The only awful posts here are YOURS. Then you, like Mariosep, are completely ignorant of basic logic. His argument is nothing new. It is yet another reiteration of the basic 'cosmological argument' which has long been refuted based on the logical fallacies that it commits. Many of us here have pointed out all of the fallacies his 'proof' contains, and Mariosep has not addressed a single one, except when he challenged me on the the fallacy of confirming the consequent, which he completely misunderstood. So, I am not sure how you have come to the conclusion that he is 'doing well'. You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
