Can You Celebrate Xmas Despite its Religious Connotations?

Religious connotations?

Indeed, and to celebrate while and by defiling them, of course.

Why, just imagine the heinous, vulgar and crude posts I might make!

Indeed !!!

Sure, I celebrate it. What's not to like about a day given to peace on Earth, good will towards men -- except that it's only one day, and not every day.

I don't have a problem saying "Merry Christmas", either. I mean it sincerely, even though I don't have the religious investment most around here do.

Tbh I have never seen it as a religious celebration, although it is.

There is good food the 24th.

I've used "Jesus wished everyone Happy Hanukah, who am I to improve on that?" a couple of times.

Seems to go over, go figure . . .

I mean, it would be kind of douchey to wish everyone "Happy MY birthday!". Although, in his more extreme moments, I wouldn't put it past Jesus to go down that route, what with Matthew 10:37 and all...
