Our Lord Glenlivet, for one. Jack Daniels watches over us from the Heaven that is Lynchburg. And the Corn Brothers brought us tequila to remove our brain.

Wait, I meant "pain".

Have you ever been to Lynchburg?

Huggy is right, to some degree, Gawdzilla. There are atheist religions. Atheism doesn't mean without religion. It just means you don't believe in gods. That being said, some of the religions he mentioned do have concepts that are close enough to gods that I wouldn't think of them as atheist. There are also factions within religions, particularly Buddhism, that aren't atheist. Let's face it. If you believe the Dalai Lama is some reincarnated leader, you're not exactly atheist. Still, Buddhism appeals to me much more than Abrahamic religions, which are pretty evil.

Technically yes it's a dry county, but if you have an out of county address you can buy collector's edition bottle of various JD products in the distillery gift shop. If you want to pay double the price for them...

Lynchburg is 50-60 miles from here depending on the route. The only reason I go there is there is it is a nice ride. Go up one way, have some lunch then back another. It's a nice way to spend a few hours on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The town itself? Not so much.

  • Satanism depends of the Satanists but Satanism is a philosophy  not a religion
  • Buddhism - Bishamonten isn't a god ?-Plus the Dalia lama has condemned atheism
  • Jainism- Is a branch of Hinduism thus accepts the existence of the brahma and the Hindu trinity
  • Confucianism- I already addressed this Confucianism  makes no sense without deities
  • Shinto-Amaterasu isn't a goddess?
  • Taoism- Has gods just no creator god

There corrected none of these religions exclusively reject the premise of a god all have either historically had gods and worship of them

Danny McBride plays "Tennessee", a character in "Alien: Covenant". Tennessee is from Lynchburg.
