Of course he doesnt! He wrote the God dellusion!

So how have I taken Dawkins out of context?
You worship god because you want to and enjoys kidding yourself, not because you are convinced that he materially exists to objectively reward you for the trouble.
Sir, You are the worst kind of Atheist there is, but that's still better than any religionist. Welcome aboard but be sure to stay in the bilge and never show your face on deck

You said he wanted to worship a higher power. He doesn't. He expressly stated that he doesn't believe in any god and there is no reason to assume that he wants to.
If today you can take a thing like evolution and make it a crime to teach in the public schools, tomorrow you can make it a crime to teach it in the private schools and next year you can make it a crime to teach it to the hustings or in the church. At the next session you may ban books and the newspapers...
Ignorance and fanaticism are ever busy and need feeding. Always feeding and gloating for more. Today it is the public school teachers; tomorrow the private. The next day the preachers and the lecturers, the magazines, the books, the newspapers. After a while, Your Honor, it is the setting of man against man and creed against creed until with flying banners and beating drums we are marching backward to the glorious ages of the sixteenth centry when bigots lighted fagots to burn the men who dared to bring any intelligence and enlightenment and culture to the human mind. ~Clarence Darrow, at the Scopes Monkey Trial, 1925
Politics is supposed to be the second-oldest profession. I have come to realize that it bears a very close resemblance to the first. ~Ronald Reagan

I dont really doubt that a God exists. The question is, does God want to have a relationship with humans? Although it is absurd, that God would have a relationship with humans, I believe He does.

lol. I was in a bible study and they were all looking at me like I was an atheist, I was even challenged with Pascal Wager. Im not an atheist, Im a rational theist and a realist...
If you want to call me an atheist, cool. Just dont call me late for dinner!

I have to admit, I feel sorry for Dawkins, he verses these theists who completely dominate him, because he isnt a philosopher. He spends quite a bit of time looking like a stunned mullet! Poor guy.
Anyways, I dont know, I will ask him one day, when I tell him that he has made me a better Theist, a rational theist.

"Argumentum ad absurdum" doesn't quite cover a statement like that. You believe what you yourself consider absurd.
Fascinating.

I could think it is absurd that flies see time slower than we do, doesnt mean that it is wrong...

It may not mean it's wrong, but you shouldn't take it as right until enough evidence comes along to dispel the air of absurdity.
Consider your self tossed overboard in cement shoes. "Credo quia Absurdum" has no place in the lowest sump of the bilge.

It may seem absurd, but I cant deny it. I do have a relationship with a higher being, either that or I am delluding myself, but my relationship with God is deeper than a mere dellusion.

Deeper than a delusion? Then its just plain insanity, right?

Would a delusion delude anyone if it didn't appear to someone to be deeper than a mere delusion?
So, I understand you proved the existence of god using "philosophy". Where did you first cross paths with this "philosophy"?
