He will need a witness or two. That sounds like his word against several, and probably won't get far unless there is proof or witnesses. It's not good he charged them before and then reversed his position. Why would he return to them, I wonder?

Different guy.
It would seem that this grand jury found enough evidence to proceed. You can tell there wasn't a cop involved.

The Church of Brony is going to be offended by that.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

I think complaining about programs is stupid. Everyone knows Family Guy pokes fun at everything. If you don't like that, you don't have to watch it. It's not made for kids, and I thought adults could make sensible decisions about what to watch. Sure, it's deliberately being "offensive", as per usual. I don't know what the problem is.
If they are worried that a comedy sketch is going to make their kids ask questions they can't answer, or shake the foundation of christianity, then they are complaining about the wrong thing.
I only see a problem with content when it isn't properly marketed, on at an inappropriate time, and doesn't have warnings as to its nature. Otherwise, you're just moaning about exactly what you signed up for.
Especially stupid in this case as the sketch makes totally valid points that christians have no answer to. How offensive!
