True. And there's a company that still sells vacuum tubes, HERE.

Don't forget the Republitraitors had to exclude a whole shed load of minorities and students as well, at about 10,000,000 citizens. Despite his treasonous coitus with Putin, that's probably what "won" the contest for Drumpfuck.

The GOP is in a bind. They need minority votes to remain viable, but can't control the Trumpettes any more, or win without them. The voter suppression is tacit admission that they have to keep 'those people' from voting, in order to win. It's not going to keep working. Of course, if the GOP goes down or breaks up, the Democrats are likely to come up with a way to self-destruct along with them.

What does Charlottsville have to do with religious freedom?

To answer the OP, it just means that racism is alive and well. I think there will always be racist people in the world, but perhaps better education, discussion, and awareness will help. Simply calling someone a racist and checking out will make it worse I think.

Because it's the whole back drop of "religious freedom" that was the impetus that fueled this. That includes racism.

Religious objections to culture, color, thought, sect, abortion, politics, gender, discrimination, ........... are not included in religious freedom. Much as many would like them to be.

You're welcome to your religion, enjoy it all you want. But your do not have the right to impose it on others. Your religious freedom stops where my noise starts. End of story.

Still don't see how the white supremacists' right to march around with swastikas and spew racist BS has anything to do with religious freedom, but ok.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Apparently you didn't listen to what they were saying. Mostly white protestant religious racism. This is the "new" religious freedom of discrimination.

Stalin had a mustache.
Stalin was a communist.
Therefore, anyone with a mustache is a communist.

David Duke is a white supremacist.
David Duke is a protestant.
Therefore every protestant is a white supremacist.

It doesn't work.

Religion and racism go hand in hand i mean think about it what religion really fucked up a group of people and enslaved them 200+ years ago.
And what religion do said people still believe now because their ancestors were killed and beaten and forced to believe it. It should be a easy answer.
People use religion as a shield and objection to the world around them. Racists use the bible for reasons such as  abortion is bad,  gay marriage is wrong it's between
one man and one woman (no its not and marriage isn't even biblical at all and in any case one man many woman.) People use religion to stomp out other peoples rights and freedom.
Atheism is a non-prophet organization join today.

I appreciate the link (I'm a guitarist and play through tube amps, and I burn through EL-84s pretty quickly), but there's a disconnect in your comparison. I'll see if you're insightful enough to figure it out, or if you need my loving assistance. GO!
