No idiot, that is what we have been doing SINCE Reagan, and that is why we have had a bubble every decade since Reagan, and why it ended up with BUSH'S triple crash car/bank/housing.
The only subsidies that we need to cut are CORPORATE AND CEO tax breaks. You and I do not need to be giving the rich welfare in the form of tax breaks they don't need that add to the dept long term.
