Wrong once again Harry.
A student that study to become a doctor will not be a doctor UNTIL he she will go through the various stages of learning yet he-she has reached a certain degree of competence in that field.
The same apply to a human being that aim to reach God.
Everything goes in degrees.
That doesn't mean that you will not reach the very top and claim the price.
So you bring up God in a thread about humans being murdered?
Yea well sad thing is, the pastor of this latest shooting basically said the victims, including his MURDERED daughter are all dancing up in heaven with Jesus now.
Really? Ok, so if someone buys you a lottery ticket and you win the Megga Millions Power Ball, you are sad and blame the person who bought you the ticket that gave you the top prize?
That is really fucked up logic. If heaven is the ultimate prize, why would you complain or be sad about winning that prize?
That is one issue I have with that horrible claim of Heaven.
The other still remains, just like the holocaust happening, this allegedly "all powerful" being, who claims to be the ultimate protector, still watched and DIDN'T STOP IT.
I cant buy this crap. There is no way if I had a kid, I would hire a baby sitter who had such a disclaimer, "I can baby sit your kid the way I want, and if they die in the process, so what."
WE do get the emotional desire to want a "forever" to be real. WE GET THAT. Many of us used to believe. But no, sorry, bad happening does not make heaven or hell real. It just means reality can have a really shitty side to it sometimes.

Ah well, here's the thing. Gawdzilla, as he said, can quite easily get more booze and be drunk again by the morning. You on the other foot will still be an idiot.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

OP that isn't what the verses means, you are obviously ignorant of the scriptures.
I scanned through this thread and was surprised at the callousness towards the families of the victims of this terrible shooting and some of the most disgusting remarks about those who died. In the past most here, not all, would have shown much more compassion for their fellow man. This is a terrible crime no matter who did it to who and I would think there would have been more respect shown. The Christians here did not do this when a shooter shot up the night club in Florida, we condemned the shooting and the shooter and showed compassion for those who suffered as a result of that horrible crime. I prayed for all that were effected by that terrible act just I I did in this one, why can't we at least show some kindness to our fellow man regardless of their beliefs or non beliefs.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Are you kidding me?
God was brought up right in the OP so don't blame me if God keep on coming up in later posts.

Wrong once again Brian.
My logic has absolutely nothing to do with the pastor that said.........the victims, including my MURDERED daughter are all dancing up in heaven with Jesus now...........
The pastor follow some sort of Christian belief in which people go either to paradise or hell while I follow the karma law in which there is no hell but reincarnation in order to sort out the problems and the permanent nirvana once the human emancipation has been reached.

It's all . . . ?
Oh! "biblical" !

Ah well, here's the thing..........if an idiot is able to destroy and debunk all dogmas that atheists keep on spouting all the time then the idiot is only a mild idiot after all compared to the real idiots that spout dogmas 24/7.
I guess you never thought about it Cyb, did you?

LMFAO. LR you have failed miserably to debunk or destroy anything said by any atheist here. But you keep on living in that little world of delusion. The only thing you've successfully managed to destroy is your own mind because of the woo you believe.

What about...........THE CONSCIOUSNESS IS A PRODUCT OF THE BRAIN..........AND.......WHEN WE DIE IS ALL OVER........AND...........THE IDEA THAT WE GOT THE CONSCIOUSNESS THAT WE GOT THANKS TO PREVIOUS GENERATIONS............and..........THE NDEs ARE COMING FROM A BRAIN DEVOID OF BLOOD AND OXYGEN...........AND.............THE IDEA THAT THE UNIVERSE HAS NEVER BEEN CREATED BY ANYBODY AND IT CAN RUN BY ITSELF?
Where is the evidence to back up these statements?
WHERE JOODS?
WHERE?
Are you such a fool that you are unable to see your own failings?

Lol yelling at me in all caps and using large font gets you nowhere.
But I find your toddler-like rants as amusing as my 15 year old son's.
