Huh. My experience with people saying we need prayer back in schools is that they (explicitly and are happy to tell you so) want a return to government employees leading other people's children in prayer.
That is part of it of coarse, but that will begin at home and take decades to get it back where it was. Those who believe that prayer in school will resolve a social problem as great as we have now are not being realistic.

GC Whoa! Are you saying the Bible is a good source of moral standards?
In the most emphatic way.

Yeah, about right.
It's already happening in many places, these people are more interested in their lives than serving and worshiping God. I have totally rejected such actions and I'm as pro gun as anyone else, the church is no place for fighting.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

What values would those be? It isn't like life was great for everyone involved in the 1800s. We know what happens in theocracies. Europe went through it, and Saudi Arabia's going through it now. Greece is in the shitter, despite being even more christian than America is. Snce when is theocracy the best type of governmental system?
I never mentioned theocracy or even anything close to it. Life isn't intended to be a cake walk, God told us the easy was gone and the hard was here in the third chapter of Genesis and it's been so till this very day. Europe more the most part has rejected God and now suffers the results of that rejection, they should have paid attention to what happened to the Israelites of the OT. What you sow is what you will reap.

No, I'm just telling you the truth, it's up to you to accept it or reject it and I see you are rejecting it, that's on you my friend, I did my part.

Yeah, about right.
The US has 46% of the privately owned guns on Earth. More guns don't make things better.
In this case it stopped a killer from doing more.

Well theocracy is what happens when religion and government go hand in hand. If that's not what you want, then you shouldn't advocate it being in classrooms, or everyone in the country worshiping your god. Like I said, this kind of thing has been done before. We know what happens when laws are written according to old holy books. It isn't good for most people who live there.

Don't call me friend, I don't like being insulted like that.
