They'll need the money to pay for the lawyers, you see. Or at least they did until we scrapped regulations against binding non-arbitration clauses...a ban that, even iof it stood, would never be enforced by SCROTUS' hack of a CFPB pick.

If only we had someone of unquestioned integrity, who believed in the importance and efficacy of regulations meant to curtail banks' predations on their customers, who looked out for the consumers.
