People say all kinds of nonsense when they are not in a lucid state, and unless it is harming them or others, I don't see the need for me to step in and burst their comfort bubble.

Depends.

If I absolutely hated them, I'd probably do it. But I'd have to really hate them. Though if I hated them that much, I'd probably be unlikely to talk to them at all, so there's also that.

Or if they were afraid of going to hell, I might consider it. I mean wouldn't it be more comforting to know there is no hell, than to believe there is one?
