We've seen how horribly he disfigures logic and how inconsistently he applies his own rules of argumentation, and just how fractured and cherry-picked his "understanding" of science is. Just move on to people that can actually hold a reasonable conversation. Imma just leave this here.

What a strange question.. I would say the first step would be to verify the result.

This again? You were banned from having a signature for a while because of that very quote, you nincompoop. I don't know how many times you're going to misrepresent that exchange. Your knowledge of anything scientific is utter and obvious garbage.
The fact that you have that saved as a 'gotcha' copypasta would be hilarious if it wasn't just so sad and petty.

Lol it's not a misrepresentation, it's your exact quote click the little green arrow and see.
I agree with you pointing out the overreaching act of banning someone's signature for simply quoting someone.

If prayer is everything the religious say it is, then it would be more than just placebo effect. How many people without illness pray for people with illness? I hear it proclaimed all of the time, I'll pray for you. The one that's ill shouldn't even have to be a believer if prayer really worked. That would not be prayer placebo effect.
I'm sure the non ill prayers certainly feel better, no matter if the person lives or dies. That's called delusional effect.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

It's worse than that - in the STEP studies the people who knew they were being prayed for did worse than placebo.

Gotta pray the right way

I understand the scientific method, ya dingleberry. I didn't understand your poorly worded question (indicated in the quote)
If someone asked you the first step of tying your shoes, you wouldn't respond "buy some shoes."
But you know this. This has been explained to you innumerable times. Yet you still trot out that quote (which you have saved), whenever I call you out for your breathtaking scientific illiteracy, as if it shows that I also have no understanding of science. You're misrepresenting what I said and the situation around the quote. You're being a cuck liar, and that's why you were banned from having a signature.
Is that clear enough for you?
