OP: If humans are the gods, are those animals attending the equivalency of church? Maybe like a Jim Jones church. A David Koresh church. Wait, I got it, a Marshall Applewhite church.

They ended up in life long hell, because "God's" wanted extra cash and the rest of the "God's" simply didn't care, because they are too cool for such things.

People who do that to animals should have the same thing done to them.
Dying to live, living to die.

People in power will always shit on people without power, if they can get away with it. Unfortunately animals can't even really defend themselves, so it takes caring people to try to fight for them.
Not saying I plan to stop eating meat, but we shouldn't treat animals like thta either.

All the "extra cash" is in providing them (or seeming to provide them) with living conditions that would be economically infeasible outside a niche market. Conventional livestock operations aim to make a little cash from alot of livestock in conditions ranging from deplorable shit all the way up to the equal of any legitimate niche operation.

Edit Reason: grammar

Alan Savory claims that his methods of rotational grazing actually reverse desertification, builds topsoil, stops erosion, etc. He has his critics and may be spouting pseudoscience. But aside from the claims about land management this is a much more humane way to raise meat and dairy. Advocates of this approach raise cattle, pigs, poultry. All animals are raised in outdoor settings where they get to express their nature, pigs root and chickens scratch the soil. Here is his tedtalk :
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!

I grew up on a farm, and all of our animals were treated pretty humanely.
Until, you know, we slaughtered and butchered them.
