Yep. People under 40 went for Clinton, but they only made up 36% of all voters.

People who were young in the 60s and 70s didn't grow up literally on the internet. People who are young right now are incredibly well connected with the world around them, in my opinion, and if that won't foster more liberal voters, nothing will. I can only speculate, and hope.
