Normally when someone extends their hand for a hand shake, i squeeze their hand as hard as i can to show that i'm tougher than them. If someone hugs me then they leave themselves open for a knee to the groin. Tongue

Seriously though. A head nod, fist bump, or a what's up, is how we roll.
