Khemikal made his assertions in a very particular context-- in berating "scientific racists" for failing to present specific statistical information which contradicted their biased views. He then followed up on this accusation with a rather ironic refusal to present that same information despite perhaps a dozen requests to do so, and even a financial incentive for doing so.
"Scientific racists, whom I hate with a passion, refuse to present this information. . . and so do I, and you can't make me!"
I mean. . . it feels like a particularly boring episode of the Twilight Zone.

I've been waiting for a couple days now for that other shoe to drop. Go ahead and drop it, and 1) I'll send the money; 2) I'll accuse you of intellectual dishonesty in pursuit of your agenda. But that's where we are anyway, so I can't imagine it's a huge loss for you.
If you really aren't willing to quote your source clearly, even for the poor little deprived black kids for whom you are so valiantly fart-sniffing, then please just say so. I'll finish quoting all the pages you linked (I told you I read them), and I'll express my sadness that you could have assisted some poor kids in getting a bit of aid, and refused to do so.
