That' s mature.

If you are right - and he's just a shitty bomber - he' s sending real bombs - and somebody might get hurt.

Time will tell.
Neither of which matter

If it's the former it's still terrorism

If it's the later it's still attempted murder

That isn't disputed.

The motive is.

And whether the bombs are real or not goes to the heart of the motivation.

I've explained this already.

If this were proven to be a Mexican or Muslim or liberal, and the targets where Republicans, conservatives wouldn't hesitate to call it terrorism.

This isn't flaming dog poo on your doorstep on Halloween. I could give a shit who, is doing this or why. I don't give a fuck if it is and escaped mental patient, a hate group, liberal or conservative. I DON'T GIVE A FLYING FUCK. This isn't a game. This is terrorism.

I don't see anyone on the forum arguing that it isn't terrorism.

It certainly is.

Not really if they intended to make fake bombs are fake has zero to do with anything really

Even if they just want attention (which seems absurd there are a million better ways they could have done that ) they still tried to spread fear for attention that doesn't mean the targets were not politically chosen.

if the bombs are intentionally fake - and not just ineptitude -(which seems likely) it MAY have a great deal to do with the sender's motivation. Of course it may not.
We don't know.
It would seem the targets ARE politically chosen. But the motivation for why remains unknown.
You can't know - unless you sent them yourself.

Indeed ineptitude  seems likely

But we can more then reasonably conclude

Which increases the likelihood ten fold

There is one jackass who is a former profile investigator I am seeing on this string of bombs. This is the same jackass who shows up on all the networks after a mass shooting to harp on motive.

I don't give a fuck what the motive is for any type of violence. That is fine for a short term answer, but when it comes to long term solutions, only policy, law and economics reduce these types of events.

Robbery, domestic murder, mental illness, political, or religious, left or right, I don't give a fuck about motive, that helps investigators in the moment sure, but how do we as a society reduce these events for the future, for decades, for a generation. THAT is just as important, but even the media on the left doesn't do enough to focus on long term social solutions.

It does no good to focus on a murder with a gun, or a terrorist with a bomb, fake or not, to catch that person, if we are not going to do anything to create conditions so that future generations wont feel that they have to get that desperate.

And again, I still would not give a fuck if it turns out to be a disturbed liberal, it still is not the fault of the targets, nor the fault of reporters. Catch the fucker before they make one that goes off and kills someone.

Quote:On Thursday, sites such as Twitter remained awash with content suggesting that the pipe bombs had been mailed as part of a “false flag” attack to benefit Democrats. Memes spread on Facebook through shares and likes. A popular right-leaning Twitter user, Candace Owens, questioned the timing of the bombs’ delivery. “Caravans, fake bomb threats — these leftists are going ALL OUT for midterms,” she said in a tweet shared more than 8,700 times. By Thursday afternoon, the tweet had been deleted.

Twitter did not suspend many of the accounts sharing such messages or limit the reach of their content, saying they did not break the platform’s rules.

Still, Twitter accounts known for pushing Russian propaganda appeared to popularize some of the conspiracy theories. On Wednesday and Thursday, accounts aligned with the Kremlin’s views — tracked by Hamilton 68, a project of the German Marshall Fund that monitors social media for Russian manipulation — frequently promoted hashtags including “fakebombgate,” “fakebombs” and “bombhoax.”

Bret Schafer, a social media analyst for the group’s Alliance for Securing Democracy, said these accounts typically “hop on an existing bandwagon” to help boost the reach of hot-button political issues.

Social media posts about the migrant caravan have been particularly rife with misinformation. The network analysis firm Graphika studied 14,000 Twitter accounts that frequently posted about the caravan and found a high level of false and misleading information and images, including of the bloodied policeman. It also found that 22 percent of the posters showed signs of being bots, a term describing accounts that use automation software with minimal human control, signaling an unusually high level of manipulation of the caravan narrative.
