Mr Agenda mentioned this awhile back, and I agree. Get fingerprinted and photographed at the border, get an ID. (My words from this point on, and I'm pretty sure I paraphrased his) You're in the US temporarily. It ain't that hard. Criminal's fingerprints are then in the database, they're dealt with. Regular folks have an ID that they can use for whatever the US allows without incurring ICE's wrath, and wait their turn for whatever the expect from the US. Dog cages for people are thus unnecessary.

Here's a solution to border security I'm sure Republicans can agree on:
Thoughts and Prayers. They will protect the border. After all, that's what we use to protect ourselves from mass shootings.
