Its after joining that forum i somehow managed a quit which is 6 plus months long . I do not smoke cigarettes anymore .

Its the gum that has become an addiction for me .

So i am trying to avoid all these hyper activities and is trying to calm me down .

Allen Carr's method does not require the use of gum/patches etc so could I deduce get you off the gum.

The problem right now is no outside activity .

Once this corona thing is over i will stop the gums too .

I was just saying that i have almost no outdoor activity these days , i am stuck at home due to country wide lock downs .

I'm in lockdown too - didn't leave the house once yesterday. No gum needed here.
