im not a tattle tell, to me one sin is no greater than another. for me to help you with a sin that is in compliance with the rules is no different than helping one with sin who is not in compliance with the rules. No the one example i gave was plenty .And no i won't be referring to black people or asians or gays or whites or anyone else. This was an example of personnel attack and one i clearly would abhor if it were said with genuine hate .But it wasn't .However if the mods rule it was in the wrong then i will face the consequences. But that's for the mods to decide not your little challenge .But i'm confident they unlike you will see the actual inten t of the post .And this sad attempt to drag me into your controversies won't fly.

I have been kicked up to higher and high levels of mods. this is day 21 and still have no direction only that it is in review.

here is a copy of my complaint:
I can't seem to get a straight answer as to the reason why my post was taken down and i was given demerits. I have several charges issued but none of them apply as they are not infact breaking rules or the charge in some cases do not apply to what i have done here.

The latest charge was for self promotion:
1. Check the rules, but I do not see anywhere where self promotion is prohibited. Solicitation is asking for money. I have not asked for anything and I can not be monetized by youtube. I have shared that fact with all of you several times now. I am in violation of their controversial religion discussion clause and i am using licenses images from lucas films without written permission as a prop.

2. my original violation was not for self promotion or soliciting, it was for spam or repeating postings. The fact that the charges keep changing, but the punishment remains the same PROOVES there is a strong bias here. either against me personally or my topic.

3. the list of charges are as follows:
1. Spam repeatedly posting the same thing over and over. (explain this was original content nothing was repeated.)

2. Was told video were not generally allowed frown upon (Showed the admin rules which allowed posting videos in op, and there is no rule on limit of video OP style posts.)

3. Reaccused of spamming videos in general (pointed out there is nothing in the rule book that limits the videos)

4. was accused of making money on the videos. (pasted copy of rules which says youtube will not monetize videos which are religious and or controversial./They don't mind people singing songs but they will not monetize a sermon on who goes to hell or implies anyone is living in sin) Also point out 4000 subscribers needed i have 1 that is ot family and 6000 hours of content need to be viewed. i have one hour after 5 years of posts. I AM NOT BEING MONETIZED!!! Look up the rules yourself before you prosecute someone or punish them because 'you think' youtube works your way!!! You tube is being used as a website friendly host.. not like i can still use photobucket.

5.Tom cat went back to first charge of me spamming the same thing over and over again which again makes no sense. so I posted this inquiry 'what's going on?"

6.Not we/you dropped the spam and now are accusing me of breaking a rule not in the books 'self promotion.' Which you/a 3rd mod are trying to make stick by saying i am soliciting which does not fit any definition of the word.

Again my point is not to argue semantics but look at how mod 3 are trying to stretch one word in order to violate me for breaking a rule I WAS NEVER CHARGED WITH TILL NOW!!!

Do you/mod 3 not see all the different violation changes which none of them stick, yet no matter the accusation and how it is refuted the resulting punishment is always the same?

Honestly ask yourself why or how this can be, that this person is being charged with breaking rules that do not exist yet the punishment is always the same?

The only way this happens is the rules are simply a formality or facade used to enact a person's/company's personal will. which is why i asked for another admin to review this appeal. how is it fair to have your convicting judge review your appeal?

I have yet been shown a rule i have clearly broken which is almost irrelevant because the rule i was charged with this violation clearly was not broken and that is the bottom line.

The official violation states i broke the no spamming rule specifically :
Staff removed your post from this and other threads for violating the Spamming rule:
● Repetitive posting of similar or identical posts or threads is not allowed

I DID NOT BREAK THIS RULE. EACH THREAD SUBJECT WAS UNIQUE!

Please put my appeal before a different staff member to review.

I want all points associated with this violation removed, and i want someone to honestly tell me what is going on here. why am i being signaled out when clearly videos are not the issue. The last major issue i had here was on the same subject and the same "fishing for a violation" occurred then.

Again if it is content and if it need to be more calvinist friendly i can respect that i just need HONEST WRITTEN RULES AND GUIDELINES to work with. not what you guys 'feel' should be a rule and spring it on me at the time

Bottom line. No matter what the current charge is, i did not break the rule i was officially charged with. it is clear the subject matter is the issue whether this will ever be admitted or not as i have PM's from staff the last time i posted this subject in a regular thread. I will concede the reposting of the thread if all points are removed.

If nothing else they either seem like they are seriously trying to consider the issue or they want nothing to do with it..

So then unless i need to feel superior all the time why would i need to take the time to frame everyone else here as being less than my best? I have no qualms in showing my weakness as it is the evidence to my strength. when out of such weakness comes an irrefutable unquestionable and absolute truth. it shows me to be nothing more than an old radio relaying a must stronger and wiser message than what any radio could come up with on it's own.

plus i simply rite to the slowest person on the site, so as to not leave anyone behind.
