Yeah, I didn't expect him to lean into his own silly training argument. It's not as if its important to him or informing his position on macing nine year olds in any way. Just as it's not really important to him whether it's true.
He knows it isn't. All that was important was to say it. Those people are training their kids...to do something, and anyone who won't acknowledge that is a liar.
