I'll be astonished if this turns into anything but a nothingburger when the report is released. If there really were aliens, most of the gov would be running around with their hair on fire. There isn't much of anything that is classified that some person with a little knowledge about it hasn't gone around running their mouth about it. If anything would be classified, it would be whatever system was used to collect the information. That system might result in a release of our state of the art in our capabilities to an adversary.

I've never claimed aliens are visiting us. I posted that even if there's a 1 in 100,000 chance this is aliens, that's still exciting. My gut feeling sometimes is "it's aliens" and I do want to believe, but the logical part of my brain keeps me in check and reminds me that we have no idea what these things actually are, and I can't make the jump to aliens without better information. It could simply be some kind of weather phenomena that we do not yet understand.

If it is turns out to be a somethingburger, 99% chance is the something in the burger is an honest mistake and has to be retracted later, similar to the something that is deemed to be Martian bacteria found in AH84001.

The allure of being the first to find aliens is so strong that even sober people turn into blithering idiots when prospect of this seem to beckon.    We are conditioned to feel our ego swell when it seems the gap between oneself and eternal fame is but a small act of daring, and we are thus tempted to dare even if sober reflection says the dare is the leap of the careless fool.

As far as we know, the cia reached peak conspiracy and interest around the same time in the late 50's, and completely lost interest since (and quickly) for a number of reasons made plainly apparent in the multiple federal disclosures of the subject.

Harry Reid very recently said most of the evidence hasn't seen the light of day. Is he lying? Merely a nutbar? Is he a part of the biggest psychological operation maybe of all time, conspiring with governments, media, the navy, some top scientists, etc to fool the gullible populace into thinking uap is real extraordinary phenomena?

Neither, I'd suspect, but neither state of affairs would cosign the offer, at any rate.   See what I mean?

The hot take here isn't that aliens exist, and the government has proof.  It's that these aliens are the Trans-dimensional Father, Son and Holy Ghost, along with their attending minor characters.  They're coming back to set Earth right, and Space Force has no means to stop them, shackled as they are by skeptical men of science.  

The truth is:  the miracles of the Bible didn't happen through Heavenly power.  It was all alien technology.  Beyond human understanding.  But now humans are beginning to understand.  And that simply won't do.

For the record, the "Space Force" already exists. It's just different pieces of the Air Force. My eldest son works on KC-130s, and he's in the "Space Force".

It's basically USAF Space Command re-branded. And I know from personal experience that Space Command was almost entirely about satellites.

Jefferson Davis, so what's your point? I'm saying this branch like all branches are maintained because they are needed/serve a purpose. the Army under Jefferson Davis was dissolved because it was no longer needed.
