Indeed - The Seat of Seeing. Although I can also see Gimli having a chair like that in his den or reception room at Aglarond.

Indeed - The Seat of Seeing. Although I can also see Gimli having a chair like that in his den or reception room at Aglarond.
Maybe that chair, but done in stone. Dwarves are like that, you know.

They were also skilled metal smiths and woodworkers. Don't forget, it was probably at Aglarond where they fabricated the new gates of Minas Tirith after the War of the Ring.

I was thinking of the Gimli's song about Durin in Moria: 'A king he was on carven throne...'. While wood can be carved, metal general isn't, and Dwarves do have a special reverence for stone.
I agree about the Gates, though. The only other places east of the Misty Mountains where they could have been made would have been at Erebor or the Iron Hills, both of which were impractically far off.
